The drawing is mine but the text is adapted from a small booklet that I often read through entitled, Rule for a New Brother. A “rule” is a way of constructing one’s life so as to better remain attentive to God. Probably the most well known rule is St. Benedict’s.
I’m going to attempt to pull out little snippets from Rule for a New Brother and share them in this space from time to time. For me it is rich material for contemplation and prayer. Perhaps it will be for you, too.
